Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge | I-95 Exit Guide

The I-95 New Haven Harbor Crossing (NHHC) Corridor Improvement Program invites the public to a Grand Opening Celebration on the new southbound Pearl Harbor Memorial (Q) Bridge on Saturday, September 19, 2015 between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM. Walk on the southbound bridge before it is opened to traffic early this fall. Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience filled with family-friendly activities, refreshments, stunning views, great photo opportunities and more! We encourage all participants to share their photos from the event by tagging @QBridgeProgram on Twitter and #IwalkedtheQ.

Access to the bridge will be provided at the intersection of Hamilton St. and Ives Place (see map below). Pedestrians and bicycles will be allowed on the bridge. Vehicles will not be allowed. The event covers 1.5 miles on the new southbound Q-Bridge and the I-95 Southbound off-ramp to Hamilton Street. Guests are asked to please plan accordingly. Staff will be onsite to assist.
