The Interstate 676 east ramp to Interstate 95 south in Philadelphia is scheduled to close from 9:00 PM Tuesday, November 3, to 5:00 AM Wednesday, November 4, for deck repairs, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced. The closure will be in effect every Tuesday night into Wednesday morning through the end of November.
During overnight construction, motorists traveling north on I-676 east who normally use the ramp to I-95 south will be directed to take I-95 north and exit at the Girard Avenue Interchange and then follow signs to I-95 south.
Motorists are advised to allow more time for travel on I-676 to access the ramp to I-95 south. The operation is dependent on the weather.
