St. Augustine Outlets Getting Multi-Million Dollar Renovations
St. Augustine Outlets, located just off Florida I-95, exit 318, is adding two new anchor stores and a $7 million renovation.
Old Navy and H&M are among the new stores. Additional store openings include Christopher & Banks, and Papaya.
Upgrades to the Outlets include new tile flooring, new seating areas, and enhancements to interior landscaping. Lighting upgrades, improved Wi-Fi coverage and touch screen outlet directories will give shoppers mobile access to store sales and promotions.
K.J. Hatfield, general manager at St. Augustine Outlets, explained that the new additions are attributed to the increased popularity St. Augustine as a shopping destination. “Retailers are attracted to our property based on the complementary merchants and the sought-after demographic the mall draws,” Hatfield said.
I-95 travelers can also look for improved signage main entrance enhancements.
